Feedback and Complaints

Your feedback helps us improve. Compliments, comments, and complaints all provide valuable information about your satisfaction with our services, and every piece of feedback is treated as an opportunity to do better. You’re also welcome to provide feedback anonymously — it will not affect your services in any way.

How to Give Feedback or Make a Complaint

You can share feedback, a compliment, or a complaint by speaking directly with a Brightside Behaviour Support staff member, or by giving a staff member a completed Feedback and Complaints Form.

You can also email our Director, Elise Taylor, at info@brightsidebehavioursupport.com.au, or phone us on 0423 544 206.

Complaints are formally acknowledged within 2 working days and responded to within 28 working days of acknowledgement. If we can’t respond in full within that time, we’ll let you know when to expect a full response.

If you’re not satisfied with how we’ve handled your complaint, or would prefer not to complain to us directly, you can contact the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission.
