We may collect your name, contact details, NDIS participant number, and information relevant to providing positive behaviour support, including sensitive information about disability, health and behaviour support needs where necessary to deliver our services.

We collect information directly from you or your authorised representative, from referrals (such as plan managers, support coordinators or other health professionals), and through forms, email or phone enquiries on this website.

How we use it

We use your information to provide and coordinate behaviour support services, communicate with you and your support team, and meet our reporting obligations to the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission. We do not use your information for direct marketing without your consent.

Disclosure

We only share your information with other parties involved in your care, such as your support coordinator, plan manager or treating professionals, with your consent, or where required or authorised by law.

Data security

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, including secure storage systems and restricted access to client records.
