Reduce restrictive practices

Our Positive Behaviour Support Plans work towards reducing and eliminating the use of restrictive practices where appropriate.

Positive Behaviour Support Plans for Individuals of all ages

At Brightside, we understand that no two people are the same, therefore no two Behaviour Support Plans should be the same. You won’t find our practitioners producing copy and paste plans!

We take the time to really get to know our participants and their unique strengths, needs, circumstances and goals, to develop truly person centred, evidence based, and outcome focused behaviour support plans.

We support individuals and their care teams to develop strategies, build independence, capacity, and enhance quality of life.

We become part of your wider support team

Support teams work best when we all work together. We collaborate with an individual’s wider stakeholder group, including allied health professionals, education supports, support coordinators, family and other relevant support people involved.

Consistent engagement, communication and collaboration with participants and their care teams is key to quality behaviour support practice.
